What We Do
Our experienced team guide you through the complete process required from initial assessment, completing any necessary pre-planning surveys, through construction, licensing and mitigation, along with post completion monitoring. We deliver a complete peace of mind package to our clients.
Our common-sense approach to mitigation aims to avoid, cancel, reduce or offset any impacts from a proposed development, as well as maintain the species in an efficient and cost effective manner as well as support any license application required to the stator body. We also able to provide further monitoring if you or any mitigation licence requires this on site.
All our surveys are carried out by a fully insured, experienced, Natural England licensed surveyors and comply with the latest guidelines and legislation.
Not all activities or developments will require a licence for protected species, where possible, we look to assess, alter and mitigate to avoid impacts and the subsequent need for a licence.
If any otter, water vole, white-clawed crayfish or other protected species are recorded and it is not possible to avoid disturbance, then a European Protected Species Mitigation (EPSM) licence would be required for the site. We can complete any licence and method statement application to the relevant statutory body for you.
