What We Do
Our experienced team guide you through the complete process required from initial assessment, completing any necessary pre planning surveys, through construction, licensing and mitigation, along with post completion monitoring. We deliver a complete peace of mind package to our clients.
Our work determines the presence or absence of species and if present establishes the type of species and numbers using a site. When necessary we can also make recommendations for further surveying, mitigation and licencing.
Our common-sense approach to mitigation aims to avoid, cancel, reduce or offset any impacts from a proposed development, as well as to maintain the species in an efficient and cost effective manner. We will support any license application required to the statutory body. and provide further monitoring if you or any mitigation licence requires this for a site.
All our surveys are carried out by a fully insured, experienced, Natural England licensed surveyors and comply with the latest guidelines and legislation.
Some pest species can be managed under the appropriate license by qualified personnel where they pose endangerment to health and safety or to protect fisheries.
